-레이저 설비의 레이저 공진기안 레이저 발진에 필요한 광학계들(ex 사파이어, 미러) 를 탄화수소나 파티클을 제거한 깨끗한 공기로 보호하는데 목적이 있습니다.
내부 광학계 손상을 막아 레이저 발진 시 모드변경이나 파워의 변동을 막아 내부 환경을 최적의 상태로 유지시켜 줍니다.
